How can we make those around us aware of the cost of poor quality recordkeeping systems and practices?
This blog is dedicated to keeping alive the memory of significant records management incidents or situations. In each of these situations inadequate systems and poor practices contributed to the outcome.
Not all the reports are recent – but all document situations where individuals or organizations were exposed to significant personal or business risk. Several of these incidents resulted in loss of life.
Initially published as part of the Synercon Web site, Lest we Forget has recently been converted into blog format to facilitate tagging, comments and to make maintenance and archiving easier. We welcome your input into our new site!
